Funny. Eerie, but funny. I liked the 50's when we could go to the beach, or the woods, or the lake, or the root beer stand, and savor the experience. But I'm selfish that way. Also, we were radiantly ignorant about things like nukes - just duck and cover. Good old days?

Well that made me laugh!

I used to teach a concept using Excel, the folly of chain letters and other pyramid schemes. If each person has to find X number of new people, say 5, the entire world population would have to be involved very quickly. Just looked at it today to remind myself that a mere 14 levels down 7.629 billion people would have to be a part of the scheme. Momentarily, that's more people than we've got.
